Short Term Apartments Rental in Paris

If you want to rent a flat in Paris, Marie à Tout Prix provides you vacation rental in luxury apartments in Paris.

• You have to make a deposit on our account by transfer only. To secure your apartment, you must pay a deposit of about 25% of the total cost. This amount will be confirmed at the time of your booking. For security reasons we only accept payments by bank transfer.
• The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon your arrival at the apartment (or prepaid by bank transfer).
• GUARANTEE: We ask for a guarantee of 25% of the rental total cost. It must be in cash in euro or in another major current currency. It will be given back to you at the end of your stay.
• INVOICE: Once we set your transfer, you will receive an invoice by mail and email.
  This guarantee must be in cash in euro or any equivalent current currency. It will be given back to you at the end of your stay.
